Am I the only one drinking anymore?

Somehow the Birdsall Inn discovered the internet. Damnit, I’m glad they did. Liver and Onions served with bacon, mashed potatoes and gravy every second Tuesday of the month for only $6.95? I’m sold.

Great band line up as well. Though someone should notify these assholes that their name has already been taken. And yes Phoenix should be hot new country, not electro, emo, pop, synth, keyboard bullshit like Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix.

1) EAT LESS

You can lose a double chin by eating less. By limiting your calorie intake, you reduce the amount of fat you store in your body and your face.

2) EXERCISE

Exercising burns more calories and reduces the amount of fat in your overall body. Most of us have difficulty finding the time to exercise regularly though.

3) PLATYSMA EXERCISE

It is an exercise where you open the mouth as widely as possible, then stretch the lower lip and jaw over your top row of teeth. The theory is that if you exercise this muscle, it will tighten the muscles around the chin and help you lose a double chin. Another way to use these muscles is to chew sugar free gum. I’ve also heard that this exercise can make your double chin worse though, because it stretches the skin under the jaw and makes the skin sag. Check results daily to see if the exercise works for you.

4) CHIN LIPOSUCTION

Chin Liposuction is a costly method where fat is drained from the problematic area. It is often dangerous and you can face risks of death from blood clots, infection, lidocaine can cause heart failure, etc…Also, if you do not change your eating patterns and reduce your caloric intake, your double chin will come back.
